Hey, I’m Mike Ritland — retired Navy SEAL, former BUD/S instructor, and lifelong student of what it really takes to build a capable human being.

My career in the SEAL Teams revolved around performance under pressure: combat deployments, high-risk missions, K9 operations, and training the next generation of SEALs going through BUD/S. I’ve seen the difference between looking fit and being fit — and they’re not the same thing.

Today, I help men and women build real-world strength, endurance, and resilience through training that’s simple, intentional, and brutally effective. This isn’t bodybuilding fluff or influencer-style circus tricks. It’s the same foundation I relied on in uniform:
